How to shop?

You can go through the various shelves and categories and make a selection by clicking the ‘Add’ button. When clicking this button, the product will be automatically added to the cart. The cart is a memory for products you have added while shopping, but you are not obliged to order all these products. You can always delete or change the number.

While shopping you can always see the amount of products and the total costs of the products you added to your cart. Clicking on this button will take you to your cart, from where you can proceed to the checkout page.

Because of the low margins on our products, the minimum order amount is € 30,-.

What is the status of my order?

First, you have to log on to your account clicking the link (My Account) in the top menu. After you logged in you will immediately see your recent orders, including their status.

When will my order be shipped?

We will process all orders once a week, mostly on wednesday or friday. This day we will hand all packages placed before tuesday 24:00 GMT + 1. So if your order is placed tuesday before 24:00 GMT + 1, it will be handed over to our shipping partner the next day (wednesday) or friday.

What are the shipping costs?

Below are the shipping costs (shipments are insured up to € 500).

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

We will process all orders once a week, mostly on wednesday or friday. After your package is handed to our shipping partner, the time (see below) starts to count.

  • This table shows an indication of the delivery time for some common destinations. The delivery time is the number of days that a package is on its way before it reaches its destination.
  • The delivery time depends on the country of destination and certain bulk mail products as well as of the selected service level.
  • Local public holidays may affect the delivery time.
  • The delivery times for packages without Track & Trace is the same such as those of letters.
  • The delivery of mail including goods can delay due customs clearance.

When does the 'shipping time' start to count?

All packages are sent via PostNL. The shipping time (transit time) begins at the moment the package is handed over to PostNL. At that time you will receive an email with the tracking code of the package. The delivery time mentioned is an indication, not a guarantee. How does 'track & trace' work?

All packages are sent via PostNL. Once the package is handed over to PostNL you will receive an email containing the barcode of your package and the link to the tracking site of PostNL from where you can track and trace your order.

No items found with your barcode? Your package is probably on it’s way. It usually takes 24 hours for track & trace information to show up.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, your package is insured up to € 500,-. CroProducts’ shipping rates are including insurance up to € 500,-.
